I got a bit carried away after being challenged by alltime-champion-gingerbreadhouse-baker Vera Micaelsen. I can now, after quite a few hours of doing this give some advice. Most important, -don´t make the dough yourself, buy it! secondly, always recut the pieces right after they come out of the oven (you have of course made a cardboard pattern for all the pieces). Glue with melted sugar and use thick square pieces on the inside of the corners to stabilize them..
I should really have done some jewellery for a x-mas show today, but well.. at least i won:)
