Had a great opening at Gullsmed Kluges jewellery-gallery in Stavanger this Saturday with Sigfrid Sannes and Kathrine Lindman. Great to meet all the local customers, fans and other jewellery makers. Lots of champagne and fun!
I have been working as an artist and jewellery designer since 2002, and I love working with miniature collages where I layer images, figures and text in resin. I make cufflinks, braclets pendants and rings this way. These days I concentrate on shapes and forms and pearls, and am trying to move away from colour and resin for the time being. I have a soft spot for old East European graphic design and images and objects from 1930-60´s. I live and work in the outskirts of Oslo, right by the forest in an artist community.
