In January I went to Berlin Fashionweek where Fier Management and Edge Showrooms had found a great gallery where they had invited lots of designers to show their work. I was the only jewellery designer, and it was great to see the world from a fashion aspect. Lots of new and very talented young designer. I set up with my lasercut decorations and over the next days I met a great amount of fashion related people, bloggers, journalists etc, and I was even featured in Italian Vogue! Berlin was great as always, and I hope to live there for a couple of months next spring. If anyone wants to swop house, please let me know! |
Add Comment I just got it confirmed that i am going to Berlin Fashionweek 18-20. of January where I will be exhibiting at Brunnenstr 170 in a galerie which is rented for the occation by Fier Management who are hosting the event. I am one of the eight designers they are promoting. This really destroyed my illusion of a quiet x-mas, but who cares?? Looking forward to be back in beautiful Berlin! 
|  KGD - kaja gjedebo designI have been working as an artist and jewellery designer since 2002, and I love working with miniature collages where I layer images, figures and text in resin. I make cufflinks, braclets pendants and rings this way. These days I concentrate on shapes and forms and pearls, and am trying to move away from colour and resin for the time being.
